Production & Fulfillment

Every artwork is prepared individually once an order is placed.

Rather than maintaining pre-printed inventory, each original and edition is produced to order, allowing every piece to receive individual attention before it leaves the studio.

Limited and collector editions are professionally produced using archival materials selected for their color fidelity, longevity, and presentation. Each print is personally inspected, signed, numbered (when applicable), and hand-finished before being carefully packaged for shipment.

Original paintings receive the same level of care and are prepared using museum-quality packaging materials appropriate for their size and destination.

Please allow 7–14 business days for production and fulfillment. This timeframe allows for professional printing, artist inspection, signing, finishing, secure packaging, and preparation for insured shipment.

Every order is packaged with the same philosophy that guides the artwork itself: thoughtful craftsmanship, careful presentation, and long-term preservation.

Domestic shipments include professional packaging and insured shipping. International shipping may require additional time and charges depending on destination.

Each limited edition is hand signed and each collector edition is hand-finished by the artist prior to shipment. Both are individually reviewed to make sure each print meets the artist's approval before shipment. 

Certificate of Authenticity is included with every purchase.

• Current Estimates: For the most accurate, real-time estimate on when your specific piece will enter production and preparation, please contact us directly at info@sawyerfineart.com prior to or immediately after placing your order.

• Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, total weight, and final destination.
• Handling Fee: A dedicated handling charge is applied at checkout to cover the specialized, heavy-duty protective packaging materials required to transport fine art safely.
• International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout and do not include potential destination customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These components are the responsibility of the collector.

• Carrier Tracking: All orders include premium tracking information. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent immediately when your order leaves the studio.
• Transit Variations: Standard and express transit windows are determined entirely by the shipping carrier at checkout. International tracking updates may vary or become limited once the package enters the destination country.
• Oversized Restrictions: Due to sizing and carrier constraints, some oversized original canvases may not be eligible for standard international shipping.

• New custom orders or print production runs may be placed on a managed waitlist.
• Collectors will have the option to register their email to receive an automatic notification as soon as production capacity opens.
